Archiving

The Physical-Technical Testing Institute can be custodian of the documentation according to Annex VIII of the Directive 2014/34/EU. The procedure of storage of documentation in accordance with Article 13(1) point (b) (ii) of Directive 2014/34/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council is as follows:

How to proceed to store your documentation

Clear product identification

You will send the purchase order (P.O.) in PDF with the clear identification of the product being the subject of deposited documentation.

We will send the invoice and ID

We send you the invoice in PDF that contains all necessary invoicing information (account No. VAT. IBAN, BIC … as well as our identification number for the documentation being storage)

One original is enough

Send the appropriate documentation (it could be done together with paper P.O.) by post office in paper form or in a form of electronic storage media. Only one original is sufficient and no other copies are required. Je dostačující pouze jeden originál a žádné další kopie se nevyžadují.

Documentation is stored

After receiving your payment we send you the official document about deposit of documentation named Documentation receipt acknowledgement.

After expiration of 10 years period FTZU send you the question whether you ask for the next 10 years period. Provided yes, the charge you pay again the charge. Provided not they are two possibilities. Depending on your decision, the documentation is sent back to you or is discarded by FTZU. A fee per shipment/discarding will be invoiced.
